The Health@Work model scaled exponentially this financial year. Through our recent collaboration with Landmark Group and Auchan Foundation, we onboarded 90 factories, where 97% did not fall under the purview of having health systems within the factory floors. We also partnered with 5 implementation partners (both in India and Bangladesh) who are ready to take implementation at scale. Through our collaborative partnership with CMS, we have reached over 65,000 workers in India and Bangladesh through various comprehensive primary healthcare interventions.

An impact study conducted by Tufts University in partnership with the United Nations Foundation's Universal Access Project was completed. The study used the difference-in-difference method and the study outcomes showed significant improvement in health and well-being indicators due to comprehensive primary healthcare intervention. A series of studies were conducted in multiple industrial clusters where over 1000 workers were surveyed to understand the existing gaps in health systems, workers' needs, and the impact of the model. An SROI study was conducted in Bangladesh by our partners and the results showed a ratio of 1.48 because of the Covid-19 Project.

As a Catalyst Group, over USD ONE Million fund was raised during the FY 2022-23 through various sources and partnerships (brands, foundations and factory investment) to champion the cause of workers’ health and well-being. We also won the Auchan Foundation Award of EURO 10K to provide nutritional supplements for workers to prevent Anaemia.
